When anxiety creeps into your life you....
* Start feeling that dread of getting up in the morning and press 'snooze' multiple times to delay facing the day ahead
* You go to work or college with a headache, or a tight chest, or feel shaky or your heart beats fasts. And it's not the booze because you haven't had any. It's the anxiety and stress starting it's work on you again
* You make excuses so you can avoid giving that presentation at work; or delay that lunch date with a friend; or be alone so yo can have that extra cigarette or drink to take the edge off and help you feel more calm
* You over-prepare, over-clean, over-think, over-analyse, over-everything - because, if you do, things will 'go better' and if you don't...well, let's say, it's not pretty!
* You're exhausted with it all. Anxiety is tiring! Juggling too many plates and having too many eyes on the ball makes you want to hide away and sleep for as long as you can
* People get on your nerves and you feel bored, impatient and put-out. Yet, you always say 'yes' to things, even though you don't want to
* Everything just seems a hassle, causes stress and makes you feel like you've been put through the wringer. Even when you do have a spare moment, you don't even know how to rest and relax. You're so wound up you've no idea how to wind down
* You go over and over things in your mind, sometimes things from years ago that don't even matter anymore but they still make you feel anxiety, burned out, uptight, cautious, fearful, hypervigilant, hyper-alert. It's draining
* Are waking up at 2am every night worrying about if you locked the door, did you offend your colleague, have you got enough money for the bills, will you get to parent's evening on time, will everyone notice how red your cheeks are at the staff lunch, will someone remember that terrible joke you made at the family Christmas lunch back in 2001? And so on and on....
Ever hear yourself then saying 'why can't I just stop it?' or 'why can't I just get over it?' or 'why can't i just get a grip?' Yes? It just makes you feel even worse, doesn't it?
It's a vicious cycle, going around and around and around and ......
It is possible to stop that cycle. It is possible to stop your problems growing arms and legs. It is possible to feel less stressed, less anxious; less fearful, less worried.
It is possible to feel more in control, calmer, better about yourself and improve everyday life.

So, if you want some respite from anxiety, stress and worry, now's the time and place to start.
Imagine waking up in the morning without that dread feeling, without constant worry, will less stress, less anxiety and more calm, more confidence, more....ooomph!
