Please see the services that we can provide other professionals and organisations with below. We look forward to hearing from you.

Training, Workshops & Education

Glasgow Anxiety and Depression Counselling Services can provide training, courses and educational programmes to the public, professionals and other organisations. We can also offer training exclusively to your own organsation.

Our training and courses offer professional CPD and Certificates of Attendance are provided. Training and workshops have been specially developed by mental health professionals and researchers and are evidence-and-experience-based.

We hold licenses for other courses and educational programmes (e.g. Living Life to the Full and SafeTalk). Please click 'Read More' below for more information about some of the things we can offer.

Clinical & Counselling Supervision

Clinical or Counselling Supervision is extremely important in the psychotherapy and counselling professions for trainees, newly qualified practitioners and experienced therapists/counsellors.

In the interests of clients and therapists alike, most professional bodies for psychotherapy and counselling (e.g. COSCA, BABCP, HCPC, UKCP, BACP etc.) require members to incorporate regular Clinical or Counselling Supervision into their clinical practice.

Clinical or Counselling Supervision is a professional service, rather than a managerial role. Please click 'Read More' below for more information about what we can offer.

Consultations

Consulting is the service you seek to alleviate or answer a specific problem using the knowledge and experience of a professional (in this instance, a mental health and psychotherapy professional). Consulting can involve short term engagement on one specific topic. Longer-term consulting is often required too. The length of consulting will depend on you/your organisation’s needs, requirements and outcome goals.

Consultancy can involve work with individuals, families, groups, fellow professionals and organisations. Occasionally teaching or training will be part of the engagement.  Please click 'Read More' below for more information about what we can offer.

Referrals, EAP & Rehabilitation Services

We offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Therapy/Counselling Referrals and Rehabilitation Service to organisations wishing to provide quality therapeutic services to their employees.

Services include one-to-one CBT Therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, Groups, Guided Self-Help, Coaching and more. All one-to-one, personal services listed on this website are available to organisations wishing to access EAP, Therapy/Counselling Referrals and Rehabilitation Services.

A Cognitive Behavioural Approach underlines most of the therapeutic services we offer. This approach aims to effect positive change by addressing the client's thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Click 'Read More' below for more information about some of the things we can offer.
